If anyone is looking to buy a John Wieland home, be careful! Their “No Worry” Warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.

They (or their contractors) choose the cheapest possible parts and will find any reason to deny paying for your legitimate claim, even if that reason is absurd. Everytime you have an issue, it will be the same run-around.

YOU ARE WARNED!

If you would like details on my inordinate number of problems, I can certainly fill you in.

We recently moved to Chestnut Ridge of West Cobb, a Thomas Group Community. Chestnut Ridge is a great neighborhood and a wonderful location, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We looked at a number of different locations throughout the Cobb County area, and kept coming back to Chestnut Ridge. We did not find anything that could compete with the location, the amenities and the price. This was a good decision for us. Come, visit and soon you will call Chestnut Ridge home too!

We are residents in The Village at Kendrick Farm. It is in a very nice location, 2 minutes off I575 with easy access to Town Center shopping, more restaurants than you can visit in a year, 35 minutes from the airport,medical facilities at Kennestone Hospital, continuing education at Kennesaw University and many other activities. A very nice place for active 55 plus residents.
